Nika is a certified Face Yoga, Gua Sha and Face cupping. In this event she offers her experience to discovering the benefits of Gua Sha for facial beauty and wellness.

Introduction to the tools and techniques used in facial Gua Sha. In this class you will learn the basic knowledge of this game changing technique, an holistic approach to your beauty ritual. It includes:

  1. Gua Sha Warm-Up Routine
  2. Lymphatic Drainage Techniques
  3. Targeted Areas Mastery: Eyes, Forehead, Cheeks, Jaw
  4. Cooling Down with Precision

It is a one time event and the class is Fr 50 and the tool is included
