Gloria Wismer
Co-Founder & Co-Owner of Elevate Studio, Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Certified Teacher (500 hr)
I remember very well how I felt after I attended my first Kundalini class. I had been practicing Yoga on and off for a couple of years, mostly Hatha and Vinyasa, when I first heard someone talking about Kundalini Yoga. Without knowing much about it, I went for a trial class. And when I left the studio, I felt so deeply content, calm and at peace. I wanted to know more about it and became curious. And above all, I wanted to feel like that again. Through my regular Kundalini practice I have gained physical and mental strength, confidence, consciousness and peace of mind. And now, I look forward to passing on these effects in my classes. Besides Kundalini, I love books and have been working in the art book publishing world for many years. I am also one of the founding members and organizers of the independent art book fair VOLUMES (www.volumeszurich.ch)

Gabriela Miloda
Certified Hatha Yoga Teacher (200hrs) and Kids Yoga Teacher (25hrs).

I discovered yoga as a teen joining my mom’s yoga classes. Ten years
later there was a big shift in my life and I had to learn to hold space for myself. Almost simultaneously Covid hit and I started practicing Yoga at home daily. I’ve known that I wanted to do a yoga teacher training for a long time so when finally everything fell into place I was so grateful to start my journey on helping others experience the many health benefits of Yoga. Personally, Yoga continuously helps me still my mind and deepen my inner connection. It supports me in recognizing my true essence by connecting to the center of my intuition and my heart.

Yoga has become more and more important in my life over the years. My heart beats especially for Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. For me, Vinyasa is like flirting with my own body. The flowing, almost dance-like movements, which are synchronised with my breathing, give me one thing above all else besides red cheeks: feelings of happiness. For me, the gentle and calm yin yoga is a wonderful balance to the yang-orientated vinyasa. In the interplay between strength and stretching, effort and relaxation, yin and yang, I feel serenity and a strong sense of connection. Through my powerful and dynamic yoga flows, I want you to feel the same - without neglecting yin. In order to maintain the long tradition, I incorporate Indian rituals such as pranayamas, mantras and mudras into my more westernised classes.

Annabel Klein
Certified yoga teacher specialized in Hatha and Vinyasa (200 hours)
Movement has always been important in my life. Yet, it was through my yoga journey that I truly grasped the connection between body, mind, and well-being. Yoga has become an essential part of my life, consistently surprising, challenging, but also helping me to calm down. It allows me to silence the mind and deepen the connection with my body. These aspects are not only fundamental in my personal practice but also shape my teaching approach.
In my classes, my goal is to cultivate an environment where everyone feels at ease to explore their full potential. My dynamic Vinyasa sessions encourage embracing new challenges and uncovering hidden strengths, both on and off the mat.

Melaney Zaubek
Certified Hatha (200 hours, 100 hours Advanced Hatha) and Yin and Yang yoga teacher (200 hours, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Restorative and Yin).
Since my studies about 13 years ago, yoga has taken a firm place in my life and has accompanied me through many ups and downs. In the beginning, I practiced Hatha and Vinyasa in particular, but now Yin has also become more important to me. It is particularly important to me to breathe consciously and perform mindful movements. Vinyasa is like a harmonious dance between breath and movement that allows me to dive deeper into myself and understand my body better. I enjoy challenging myself and exploring my physical limits and potential. Yin is a fantastic addition that also helps me to find peace and stillness.
In my classes I strive to create a positive atmosphere where participants can find balance and harmony. My aim is to accompany my students on their path to discovering themselves and becoming free inside.

Yasemin Hutter
Certified yoga teacher for Vinyasa/Hatha (200 hours)

I had a long-standing on-off relationship with yoga until it clicked a few years ago and I couldn't get enough. I wanted to know more. After the 200-hour training with Jason Crandell, I want to pass on my enthusiasm for it. For me, yoga is a place that I can return to anytime and anywhere, even if it is “just” a deep, conscious inhalation and exhalation. A place where I can balance my body, mind and emotions and practice self-reflection. Yoga teaches me to deal with contradictions, to let go and to not take things and myself so seriously.

Letizia Nocera
Certified Hatha and Yoga Nidra teacher and Well-Being Coach

Originally from Rome, I have been living and working in London, Berlin, and NYC. Now I live in Zurich where I enjoy hikes in the
beautiful Swiss mountains.
I come from the corporate environment, however I started practicing yoga since 2010. At that time I was living in NYC and I started
practicing Vinyasa. My journey has then continued to London where I’ve practiced Iyengar Yoga. Finally in Zurich I’ve discovered
Hatha yoga and I fell in love with it.
In 2019, I decided to change my life. I changed career: first by becoming a well-being coach, and then I decided to take the yoga
teacher course here in Zurich.
Yoga has supported me with rebuilding trust in my body.
Hatha first and Nidra then have shown me the transformative power of yoga: a mental, physical and spiritual transformation.
During my recreational time I love spinning, reading, going to the opera, hiking, meeting my friends and doing yoga.

Claudia Ascolese
Certified Hatha Yoga teacher (500h) at Gyan YogBreath School in India / Rishikesh.
It is a great pleasure for me to be able to teach Hatha Yoga.
Yoga helped me to experience my own body and to revitalise it with physical exercises (asanas), meditation and conscious breathing (pranayama), so that my body became more flexible and stronger and my mind could relax more and more.
I have been practising different styles of yoga for 20 years, but since 2022 I have only practised hatha yoga.
My yoga is Hatha Yoga for every woman/man and gender free/neutral, every age group, with and without yoga experience..
I emphasise precise execution of the asanas. It is also important for me to feel the limits of your own body. That's why I use aids such as cushions, blocks, bolsters and straps to help you get into the poses better and achieve optimum benefits that are tailored to your own body.

Christof Rauber
Certified Hatha Yoga teacher (200 hours)

I was a corporate soldier and ran my own business for over 15 years. I practiced high intensity sports and my life purpose consisted of achieving this, that and the other.
Through my regular meditation practice and my studies of Zen buddhism, I found my way to Yoga which helped me gain clarity, serenity and introspection. Yoga for me is to find balance and harmony within myself and tap into a deep sense of contentment. As a Yoga teacher I want to help others on their way to unlock their inner potential.
In my classes, I put a lot of focus on the mental aspect of Hatha yoga, aiming to tap into a "flow state" of meditative awareness throughout the practice.

Daniela Zerbini
Certified Hatha and Yoga Nidra teacher

I have a past and present spent in the architectural world, and I can recognise how much time we are trapped in our head, making mental journeys that can affect our body and staying in wrong postures sometimes for the most part of our day. I started practicing Iyengar yoga in 2015 in Bologna, Italy, focusing more on the alignment of the asanas: my body needed attentions after the long office hours. Soon I discovered the power of Yoga, and its benefit on the mind, not only on the body: I started to see improvement in every aspect of my life and I became more and more passionate including in my practice meditation and pranayama.
After moving to Zurich in 2017 I started the practice of Hatha Yoga, and I completed the 200H Yoga Teach Training and Yoga Nidra training in Sanapurna.
I strongly believe that taking time to practice Yoga distribute our energy back to all the part of us that we have forgotten and leave space fo healthy thinking, and this is what I try to transmit in my classes.
