Gloria Wismer
Co-Founder & Co-Owner of Elevate Studio, Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Certified Teacher (500 hr)
I remember very well how I felt after I attended my first Kundalini class. I had been practicing Yoga on and off for a couple of years, mostly Hatha and Vinyasa, when I first heard someone talking about Kundalini Yoga. Without knowing much about it, I went for a trial class. And when I left the studio, I felt so deeply content, calm and at peace. I wanted to know more about it and became curious. And above all, I wanted to feel like that again. Through my regular Kundalini practice I have gained physical and mental strength, confidence, consciousness and peace of mind. And now, I look forward to passing on these effects in my classes. Besides Kundalini, I love books and have been working in the art book publishing world for many years. I am also one of the founding members and organizers of the independent art book fair VOLUMES (www.volumeszurich.ch)

Chantal Stäubli
Certified Yoga Teacher (Hatha, Vinyasa, Somatic, Yin, and Iyengar Yoga & Sound Healing)

Yoga has become more and more important in my life over the years. For me, the physical practice is like a flirt with my own body. In the interplay between strength and stretching, effort and relaxation, yin and yang, I feel serenity and a strong sense of connection. Through my powerful yoga flows, I want you to feel the same.
In my classes, I focus on the importance of precise alignment. Inspired by Iyengar, I like to use props such as blocks, straps, and other tools to make the practice more accessible or to deepen it. I offer a variety of variations so that the poses can be adjusted to meet each individual's needs and abilities. My goal is to make yoga accessible to everyone – regardless of experience, flexibility, or physical condition – while still keeping it challenging.
Traditional elements like Pranayama, Mantras, and Mudras flow into my sessions to preserve the long-standing yoga tradition. Music is an essential part of my classes. You can expect a carefully selected playlist and a calming sound bath at the end of the class.

Daniela Zerbini
Certified Hatha and Yoga Nidra teacher

I have a past and present spent in the architectural world, and I can recognise how much time we are trapped in our head, making mental journeys that can affect our body and staying in wrong postures sometimes for the most part of our day. I started practicing Iyengar yoga in 2015 in Bologna, Italy, focusing more on the alignment of the asanas: my body needed attentions after the long office hours. Soon I discovered the power of Yoga, and its benefit on the mind, not only on the body: I started to see improvement in every aspect of my life and I became more and more passionate including in my practice meditation and pranayama.
After moving to Zurich in 2017 I started the practice of Hatha Yoga, and I completed the 200H Yoga Teach Training and Yoga Nidra training in Sanapurna.
I strongly believe that taking time to practice Yoga distribute our energy back to all the part of us that we have forgotten and leave space fo healthy thinking, and this is what I try to transmit in my classes.

Yasemin Hutter
Certified yoga teacher for Vinyasa/Hatha (200 hours)

I had a long-standing on-off relationship with yoga until it clicked a few years ago and I couldn't get enough. I wanted to know more. After the 200-hour training with Jason Crandell, I want to pass on my enthusiasm for it. For me, yoga is a place that I can return to anytime and anywhere, even if it is “just” a deep, conscious inhalation and exhalation. A place where I can balance my body, mind and emotions and practice self-reflection. Yoga teaches me to deal with contradictions, to let go and to not take things and myself so seriously.

Pierrine Imboden
200hr Hatha-Vinyasa & 70hr Yin yoga teacher

As one of the only constants in my life, yoga has been there for over 12 years. To me, yoga is a way of returning home, reconnecting with myself physically and mentally. Especially during my rather demanding studies, the different practices have helped me tremendously. Only when I had the urge to dive deeper, learn more about it through a 200hr Hatha-Vinyasa teacher training, I started to see the beauty of passing it on. The 70hr Yin teacher training shortly afterwards was a reminder to take pressure, perfection and speed out of it. My style of yoga is therefore slow, mindful, regenerative and invites students to gently come home to themselves. Through a mixture of Hatha, slow Vinyasa and Yin elements, I'd like my classes to feel like a warm hug. With "yoga imako", I want to cherish the present moment, inspired by the Japanese way of life and the two words ima (now) and koko (here).

Caro Melillo
200hr Hatha-Vinyasa, 7 years of continuing education in Iyengar Yoga & Somatic Experiencing Practitioner

My healing journey began 13 years ago and led me to train in Vipassana meditation, Somatic Experiencing, Iyengar Yoga, and Trauma-Informed Yoga. Over the years, I have enriched my experience with travels through Latin America, India, Europe and Mexico, immersing myself in various traditions and approaches. In Mexico, I worked with students from different parts of the world and diverse backgrounds, which has made my classes inclusive and respectful of all. For years, the precision and alignment of Iyengar Yoga were my foundation, until I discovered a deeper and more sensitive way of experiencing the practice: one that honors internal rhythms and the intelligence of the nervous system. Today, my teaching seeks to balance both worlds, offering classes that blend structure and fluidity, strength and softness, always prioritizing safety, awareness, and nervious system regulation.

Pauline Didelot
Certified Yoga Teacher (Hatha and Yoga for Women 250 RYT)

Yoga came into my life 12 years ago and it's become an integral part of my daily routine. Being on my mat and letting my intuition guide me through the poses is like therapy for me. My body gets what it needs to feel good, and it calms my mind.
Professionally, I'm a therapist, and yoga is a key part of my therapy practice. The two yoga disciplines I teach are quite different. Hatha Yoga is a foundational yoga style that includes a sequence of poses held for varying lengths of time, as well as meditation, breathwork, and spiritual awareness.
Women's Yoga, on the other hand, is more therapeutic. It helps women who want to continue practicing yoga despite having a painful body. This type of yoga is designed for women with chronic pain, pelvic pain, or hormonal imbalances.
I'm passionate about anatomy, how the human body works, and especially how to use yoga to feel good and calm the mind.
I'm a life enthusiast, joyful and always positive, and my classes reflect that. You'll never get bored. I can also teach in both French and English, your choice. Namaste
